Q: What is the warranty on my Guava?
A: All Guava frames are guaranteed for 5 years against manufacturer defect. This does not include crashing, cosmetic damage, and normal wear and tear.
Q: How long does it take to ship my bike?
A: Our standard lead time to paint and assemble a bike is 2 weeks! This may change slightly due to order volume.
Q: Does my bike come fully assembled?
A: All bikes come fully assembled and ready to ride, you just need to insert both wheels, insert the seat post to your height and tighten the seat clamp, and turn and tighten the handlebar in the correct position. Please check our unboxing video and information here (coming soon)
Q: Do you have a crash replacement policy?
A: We definitely do. Send us an email if such a problem arises.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our shipments are insured against any damage – any damage caused by shipment must be communicated to the shipping company within 48 hours and will be repaired or replaced by Guava. In addition, all Guava products have a 30-day return policy. In order to be able to be returned, item in question must be in new condition and free from damage.
